Gowanda Ambulance Service has been serving our local community for 55 years. Established in 1961 , Gowanda Ambulance Service incorporated in 1963 as a 501 3 (c) organization. Our service serves a primarily rural population base of approximately 17,000 residents within the towns of Collins, Dayton, Perrysburg, Persia, and the Village of Gowanda. We have been housed in a rented building that not only we have grown out of but; has shown many years of age.
In the fall of 2015 there was a generous doantion of land to Gowanda Ambulance Service. The purpose of this land is for the construction of a new facility that will not only house our operations, but also provide the facilities for community outreach and room to grow into the future. The total cost of this project is projected to be over $400,000.
We have drawn up plans, spoken with builders, and received quotes. Donations of any and all amounts are apreciated and would be used towards the general building fund for Gowanda Ambulance Service. If you would like any more information please feel free to contact us!
This is a very big project! We thank you in advance for your support.
