I am launching a live cooking series called Gourmet Cooking on a College Budget, built specifically for college students and young adults who are trying to survive school, stress, and limited finances while still eating real food. This project is about teaching practical cooking skills using affordable ingredients, minimal tools, and realistic kitchen setups like dorms, shared apartments, and small studios.
The goal is simple: help students eat better, think clearer, and build independence without relying on expensive takeout, ultra-processed food, or unrealistic social media cooking content. These are live, unfiltered lessons, mistakes included, where viewers learn how to stretch groceries, substitute ingredients, cook Asian-inspired meals on a budget, and build meals that actually fuel studying and mental health.
This GoFundMe helps cover basic production costs, groceries for demonstrations, kitchen equipment, streaming tools, and the time required to consistently run these live lessons while I rebuild my educational and creative work after a long period of setbacks. Any support also allows me to keep these lessons free and accessible for students who need them most.
If you cannot donate, sharing the campaign or the videos means just as much. Thank you for supporting independent education, practical life skills, and content made for real people trying to get through school one meal at a time.
