Memorial Fund for George Goularte

Please help!
Our dear friend, Sandy Goularte, has just experienced a series of tragedies that leaves her without her beloved George and no house to call home.
George’s unexpected death has been hard to believe and hard for many of us to accept. It has also put Sandy in a vulnerable place that she is not prepared for. With no life insurance and limited savings, Sandy is unsure of where she will live. At this time she is staying with friends.
Many friends and family have asked how they can help during this difficult time so I have set up this GoFundMe page with Sandy’s knowledge on her behalf. All funds donated will go directly to Sandy to help her during this transition to life without George and the Rolling Hills Ranch home.
Sandy (and George) were very active in the community and were very generous with their time, always reaching out to help others in need. They have many friends and they have brought a lot of great people together through sharing their friendship,
.
They attend Connect Christian Church in Concord, NC and are active in fostering dogs through the
Cabarrus Pets Society, the Animal Adoption League and Springer Spaniel Rescue. George has worked at Home Depot the last few years, sharing his love of building and his knowledge and skills of construction and remodeling. He never missed an opportunity to give back through community events and supporting those in need. George never met a stranger and always greeted you with a smile and a big hug. He will be greatly missed!
Sandy and George always opened their house to friends and family. It’s become the go-to destination for holiday cook-outs with kids everywhere and friends bringing new friends into the fold for fellowship and a good time. George always loved and had the best fireworks on New Year’s Eve, celebrating life with a bang.
Please consider a contribution of any amount to help Sandy transition to a new rental home and her new life as a widow. We are hoping to help her bridge this period of financial and emotional need with a little help from her friends.
Thank you for any help you can give.
