As a veterinary technician, I've dedicated my life to caring for animals—but nothing prepared me for the heartbreak of my own dog, Gotti, being diagnosed with cancer. He is more than a pet; he is my heart, my shadow, and my strength on the hardest days. At just 8 years old, Gotti still has so much love and life to give. I'm doing everything I can to provide the treatment needed—diagnostics, surgery, and possibly chemotherapy—but the financial burden is overwhelming, even with my experience in the field.
