Wells Fargo Bank foreclosed on my home on March 23, 2015, and sold it for more than double what I owed on the loan, but they refuse to give me the excess funds, in violation of Federal law.

I am terminally ill with a short time to live and I have been forced to live in my car for months, while Wells Fargo repeatedly promises to give me the money I am owed, but they never follow through on their word.

I have nothing left and I am literally dying in my car in the summer heat. If not for the help of some amazing friends who have brought me food and water, I don't know where I'd be now.  I need help.
