Hello, my name is Kevin. I am one of Gordon’s sons.

Our family has been given the bad news that Gordy has Adenocarcinoma. We want to give Gordy a real fighting chance and get him the treatments that will make the difference! Naturopathic health is not covered by medical but they have some outstanding and proven treatments that we are going to start right away. This is where any help would be greatly appreciated. I will give you a little run down of why my dad is a deserving man of a little help.

Growing up in Whalley was full of life lessons for my family and friends. Gordy was always there to either hold ya for a cry or shake his head in utter amazement that you could be that stupid! He always opened his house to kids in need of a place to eat or sleep, whether it be for a night or a week. He was the back yard mechanic that fixed everyone’s car for free or fixed that scratch so your parents wouldn’t freak out on you.

For 10+ years Gordy has been coaching little league girls softball. Everyone knows him at the park always smiling and waving and of course has to speak with everyone in the park. If you speak with the kids they absolute adored him as a coach, always positive and uplifting and teaching them about girl power!

My dad is 67 years old, he is still happily married to his high school sweetheart with an anniversary of 43 years!

Gordy has given a lot and never asked or expected anything in return, so I’m reaching out for him and asking anyone able to lend him a hand in this fight please do and let’s kick cancers butt!
