Gord Cummings, 44, of Bassano, passed away suddenly on June 19, 2025.

As many know, Gord spent his life caring for others — as a social worker, animal advocate, and devoted family man. Now, we’re coming together to support his loved ones with the unexpected costs of his passing.

Gord’s wife Lindsay has new financial stresses to manage, including the costs associated with the new home she and Gord had just moved into in March.

Gord’s child Auriel had just lost their best friend and confidant. Auriel is in their first year of university in fine arts .

Jonathan is Gord’s son . Gord loved these two with all his heart.

Any funds raised here in memory of Gord will go to everyday household bills as well as a trust fund for Auriel and Jonathan .
