My name is Jonathan and my poor Goofy boy has a fatty mass on his tail. It has ruptured once before and bled so much, but healed. This time it has come back twice as big and needs to be amputated before it bursts again. It's painful to him, especially since he has happy tail syndrome and smashes it against everything. The total cost is $1,432 before tax. Any help will be so appreciated. Thank you in advance
