Goofy, Our Beloved Dog, Needs Urgent Surgery

Hello There,

Please meet my dog, Goofy. Goofy is a good boy. He has been a blessing in our lives since he was 6 months old. My family and I love him deeply and we cannot imagine our lives without him. He is more than just a dog- he is our best friend, our guard dog, and protector.

Recently, we noticed that he started to develop a mass on his abdomen. When the mass first appeared it was about the size of a grape and now the mass has grown to the size of a baseball. The mass has decreased his quality of life significantly because he can’t run or play like he used to. Since the mass is changing and getting bigger, we decided to take him to Crossroads Animal Hospital on 3/1 to be evaluated. After examining Goofy, the veterinary doctor told us that the mass may or may not be cancerous. The only way he will know for sure is if he does bloodwork and performs surgery on him to remove the mass. He recommended that we start treatment for him soon as possible as his health can deteriorate and lead to death. The doctor also estimated that the cost for his surgery and aftercare treatment will be approximately $6,528.72.
