Hi, my name is Abby Wingett, and I’m fundraising to help turn an incredible opportunity into a reality. I’ve been invited to compete at the Goodwood Revival on September 18th–20th, 2026. As this is an invite-only event, I’m incredibly excited and deeply grateful to have received this opportunity. Goodwood Revival is one of the most iconic events in historic motorsport, known for bringing together a wide variety of historic cars and drivers, and showcasing the spirit of racing in a way truly unlike anything else.

Racing has always been a huge part of my life. However, two years ago, I had an unfortunate accident that wasn’t my fault and broke my foot in 6 places. I ended up having two surgeries and a long recovery. Being able to race at Goodwood Revival has been a dream of mine, and the chance to be part of such an iconic event would mean so much to me.

Since then, I’ve put in the work, pushed through the setbacks, and made my way back into the driver’s seat. Getting back in a race car meant so much more than just driving again. It reminded me how much I love this sport and how determined I am to keep chasing this dream.

I’m hoping you’ll support me in taking this next step and join me on the journey to competing on an international stage. For me, this is about more than just one event. It’s about everything it took to get back to this point, and proving to myself that all the hard moments were worth it.

Any funds raised will go towards the costs involved in shipping the car to the UK.
