Chad Goodner was a father, husband, son, and friend. He served his country for 17 years in the US Army, served his community for another dozen as a police officer. He had 3 children of his own and a step son that he adored. His wife of 10 years, Gwen, met him and he knew he was going to marry her as soon as he met her.
