This picture says it all. As much as I love Layla, she is unpredictable and lashes out at people, including me. Raise your hand if you have been bitten (too many to count).  I've got to do something. I'm a crunchy granola animal lover and cannot put her down.  While she can be very lovable, her anxious and aggressive nature make living in suburban Bellmore a bad idea. 

Here's the rub. The only animal sanctuary that will take her charges $5,000. This cost includes food, shelter, staffing and training to integrate her into a pack. If your heartstrings have been officially pulled, please consider donating. $18, $36, $100... I'll take anything you can offer.
