Hello my name is Sandra Robles I'm from Ecuador, and  I am 35 years old. On the first year anniversary of my job, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. October 8th  2020, a day I will never forget.

Getting this diagnosis was not easy but I'm staying positive. This disease is not my life  it is only one small chapter of it. 

I'm very lucky, and grateful to have the support of my family, friends and co-worker. It takes a village to help in the recovery of this disease.

I hope on my road to recovery/ fight against cancer I inspire individuals and families that are going through the same battle as me. 

I do know that the medical bills will be increasing very fast, with that being said any support I can get will be a blessing. I'm working part-time because I'm in college taking classes to apply for nursing school.
Funny how life works, I'm trying to learn how to help people that are sick and in this moment I'm the one who needs help.

I am the kind of person that doesn't ask for help, but if there is anything  I have learned it is no one can fight this battle alone.
