Good hardworking people who need a hand up

Hi, my name is Shelby. I never thought I'd do one of these, but I'm really desperately wanting to try to find some way to help my parents out. They have never had a lot and live with the minimal, but have always given what they could to help others, especially my mom.

My mom recently had trouble walking and it was found she had a blood clot. She had surgery and thought she was better but still couldn't get around good. She ended up in total with 3 clots, one after the other, with no known cause. She has been cleared of blood clots but is waiting for further testing because she is still not getting around well.

While off from work he employer dropped her to relief status which caused her to lose her medical benefits. She had tried to get help with medical so she she don't need to worry while continuing her medical care but they claim my dad makes too much money. My dad does not make much at all. He makes barely above minimum wage and he is almost 70yrs old. He has also been having trouble medically and fears he may need to get done work soon.

They are both very hard working people and do not like to be out of work, and sitting around. This is not normal for them to not work and need help.

My mom has been under a lot of stress worrying about medical bills, and regular household bills. I want to help them so bad, but I don't have the extra financial means.

They would never ask for money, so I'm going to try this and see if I can get them just a little help to ease their stress and worries while they heal and get back on their feet.
