Good Gifts for the Goodnough's in Difficulty

Our beloved friend Chris, who just celebrated his 34th birthday on the 28th of December, has been in a motorcycle accident and has acquired damage throughout his brain. He has been in an induced coma since Saturday (01/04) and doctors and nurses have been working with him to try and get an idea of how severe the damage is and how he will respond while also allowing time for his brain to rest and recover.
This is an incredibly difficult process for the entire family while they wait to see how Chris will respond and what the road ahead looks like. Everything is still unknown and right now Chris' wife Celia and their four small daughters remain in a constant state of prayer, faith, hope and believing all things for Chris and his life.
Tragedy is an every day occurrence and here I am presenting you with yet another one. But one thing that I love about difficult moments in time is the way that people draw close to minister to the broken hearted. While we are all hoping, believing and praying for a miracle and for full recovery for Chris this process of awaiting the unknown and watching Chris suffer is incredibly taxing on the entire family, extended included. Everyone is pitching in to help while Chris is in hospital and we want to help, too.
There are many noble things to give your money to today and I just ask you to pray and consider giving to this dear, sweet family. Not because money solves everything but because we want them to be overwhelmed by the support and love of the Global Body of Christ standing with them from afar.
