How do you honor a man who means so much to so many? From a career perspective, Mike Gooch was a Realtor, Auctioneer, statewide instructor, and LBAR Director to name a few. But what serves as the common thread is his infectious smile, incredible stories and big personality. To say we are heartbroken is an understatement.

On August 27, 2018 our industry lost an amazing friend, colleague and leader. Mike touched the lives of every single person who came through our real estate arena.  He always showed up with a story that made you laugh. He turned the most mundane and boring topics into fun and enjoyable classes.   He had a certain way of making everyone he encountered feel special.
