Goo Salon  is a family-owned salon that was established in 1999 and
became a cornerstone of the lively Los Angeles Fairfax District.

Salon founder, Molly Scargall, opens her doors each day to provide hair styles to the neighborhood and clients from around LA. For over two decades, Goo has helped grow the Fairfax District by providing a vibrant establishment for stylists to serve their diverse clientele.

On May 30, Goo Salon was terribly hit by Vandals and Looters who took advantage of a peaceful protest in memory of George Floyd.  They chose to terrorize the small business in the Fairfax district, including Goo Salon. We are deeply saddened by what happened to Goo and our fellow Fairfax businesses. We truly appreciate the thoughts and words of support we have received.


We are humbled by friends and strangers looking to help us recover and rebuild Goo with financial support. After months of being closed due to COVID-19, we were ready to open back up to everyone for their hair needs. But, now we need to place our SHATTERED windows (all), replenish the LOOTED equipment, supplies and stock.

Our hope with this GoFundMe is to help Molly , Joshy and Team get Goo Salon back on track to open as soon as possible. With your help, we can get the salon rebuilt and reopened. We truly appreciate being able to help Goo get opened back up to serve all of us!
