It is with a heavy heart that I share the tragic news of my brother-in-laws passing and I ask for the communities help with expenses that my sister is enduring. She will need help with the unexpected medical bills, the funeral expense, ABA Therapy costs for two of their children and just the overall loss of spousal income.

Thomas "Jimmy" Mitchell passed away Saturday, November 6 due to complications from a minor surgery earlier in the week, that left him on life support in the ICU. He leaves behind his wife, Chandra and their three young children (Jocelyn - 9, Jimmy - 7 and Jensyn - 4).

Thomas was the most amazing man - an exceptional father, devoted husband, always there for everyone, loved working out and staying active, always attended his kids activities, was positive, loved to tease Chandra...lol, had a great sense of humor, had a great work ethic and loved his cat, Wendall. He was there to help whenever someone needed it and was a "Mr. Fix It" that loved to tackle home projects in his spare time. He was a light in this world and the type of man that you felt like you had known forever, even after just meeting him. He truly wanted the best for everyone and was a gift to all who entered his life. He was basically like a Prince and one-in-a-million! Not a day will go by that we will not think of him and miss him dearly. We are devastated to lose him at the young age of 48.

Please keep Chandra, their children and the extended family in your thoughts and prayers, as our hearts are broken. Rest in Peace, Thomas. We love you and can't wait to see you again in heaven!
