Gona be outta work for a bit anything would help

Many of you know me either through the band or family relations or streaming or all of the above, but if you know you me then you know I hate asking for help. Right now I have no choice. Monday December 12th I went to clean snow off of my car. I slipped on ice and my left leg went underneath me and I landed on it. I broke my fibea toward my knee and also broke the outside AND inside of my ankle. Surgeon said the inside was pretty “crushed”. I also dislocated the ankle cause clearly breaking it was not enough. I had surgery that afternoon and got 4 new screws put in but I will be laid up for a LONG a time by the looks of it with no way to work. I plan on calling the state and town to see if I can apply for any assistance but I do need help. I really hate to ask it. I know this time of year is tough for everyone so I really appreciate if there is anyway anyone could help.
