Golf Members Fund For PGCC Legal Issues Buyout

Toll Brothers is selling the Parkland Golf Club, course and building, to another and we have formed a committee to review the contract, since we as PGCC members have the right of first refusal.  This money will be used for legal expenses to ensure that the our rights are not trampled in this exchange.  This is used to explore.......not to buy the club. Should we need to take further action all members would be notified and all funds not used would be distributed.

Can you post on the go fund me site that the funds received to date equal $18,750.00  less Go Fund Me fees of $570.45, $18,179.55, has been transferred to the PGCC Exploratory Committee, Inc. bank account, and will be used for the following purposes:

1. Preliminary due diligence on the club assets, operating expenses, and estimates on go forward operating requirements. 

 2. Legal representation

3. Insurance for PGCC Exploratory Committee, Inc. Directors and Officers.
