Golf Cart for Sophia-Autism

Hello! My daughter Sophia has Autism and is nonverbal. She is 13 years old and is unable to physically make a bicycle go by pedaling. We haven't been able to have family bike rides since she is now too big to ride in bike carts. The cart shown in the cover photo was great for a short time, but both I am my husband are unable to take her for a ride in it due to her size. So...I am trying to raise money to buy a used golf cart that I can give her rides around our neighborhood when she needs to get out of the house. For her, movement helps to organize her mind so it is soothing (and exciting).



This is not the only activity Sophia enjoys, but she loves movement and "rides".  Her favorite thing for years has been going to carnivals. We take her to those 6-8 times during the summer, and go to indoor ones during the winter.
