Help us with the rescues

Welcome to the first official fundraiser for Golden West Rescue.

We are Northern California locals who are trying to make a difference and save lives !

This fundraiser is to help directly save horses from the killpen slaughter houses.

This fundraiser is for bailing new and injured and needy horses from the killpen. The estimated costs are about $6,000. For them to be vetted, quarantined, and once stable enough to be transported to our safe facility.

We are currently in touch with a killpen buyer, quarantine barn, and transporter who all are coordinating how to save a few more precious lives and get them to us where they can start their journey to happily ever after !

This fundraiser is to go towards the costs of the quarantine, vet check, as well as transportation from Oklahoma, or Texas to our safe space in California.
