As the occupation of Minnesota by federal agents has escalated in recent weeks, so has the need for mutual aid to support impacted families. Even with the announced "draw down" in forces, people are still understandably afraid to leave their homes, go to work, receive medical care and return to "normal."

The Golden Valley Mutual Aid Collective (GVMAC) supports people living in Golden Valley, Crystal, Robbinsdale, and New Hope. We have been receiving a growing number of requests for help from people who are running out of food and other basic necessities, struggling to pay rent and other bills, and in need of accompanied transportation to places like school and work.

What your donations mean:

$50- pays for a phone bill

$200- covers groceries for 4 people/week

$500- pays for utilities

$1000- prevents an eviction
