Beverly always served others by working in a private MD office in addition she helped with Alpacas. the  Dogs and Parrots.  The bond she has with both the patients and those animalsis incredible a rarity for sure. She has dedicated over 30 plus years with patients and animals never missing work. Recently the Doctor decided to retire and close his main office. Despite the office closing, she worked to help thetheir  patients  transition  and kept up to date and keep up visits to farm. She is loved by alland 

has a, *Golden Heart  

 With Wings.

Several weeks ago Beverly developed onset and aggressive infection  of left foot. Despite the pain, she continued to work with patients in transition the organism that caused this infection is rare.  This infection was so rare and aggressive the Vascular Surgeon  stated needed an Amputation of her left leg. In hopes of saving her left leg. I wanted to life flight Beverly for second opinion at a larger hospital. I was told "her foot is dead" and she would die if I waited or delayed . They said in Septic Shock, with the infection in blood stream already.  The doctor said with infection in blood stream already. The doctor said "life and death" and could not be moved. The amputation was to save her life. Despite the surgery and aggressive  antibiotics, even a second and third surgery, Beverly  developed  additional 3 surgeries... all within the span of 8 days..  her wound still has infectionand told by wound exper many months of recovery for the wound to heal and close.

The three surgeries  have taken a huge toll on her body. After her surgeries requiring antibiotics and had allergic reaction to one out of only 3 they could prescribe. Since then Beverly has developed Blood Clots in her left arm and Right leg her " good keg". The blood clots were treated with blood thinners, then developed internal bleeding. The stress on her body  this has made her diabetic now., we hope temporary is controlled.  The wound is in infancy of recovering Many months of Rehab and the future of prosthesis lies ahead for Beverly .All having a tremendous price tag.

Beverly has little insurance, and the cost of her existing , Rehab,care after Rehab,the required medical equipment, and modifications to her home...astronomical I cal more than you can imagine.

This will take a VILLAGE.  I HOPE AND PRAY all of her goodness, and living her life with a "Golden Heart with Wings"vwill come back to her in abundance 

Beverly needs are immediate,prostetic left jeg Rehab.home modification with ramps and a way to go between levels of her home, (major renovation with ramps, reconfigured home levels  to fit wheel chair or motorized wheel chair all terrain vehicle.  CAR  modifications  or Van converted to siore W C )These things are needed for Beverly to have and anyb chancebof a normal life. 

Her fondest  interest wish tis to be independent well enough to visit, the animals  and farm again.

Beverly does not understand the enormity of her situation."still in shock" One day she had her legs, , now. She does not .
