My Boston terrier, Goku, was struck by a car in our neighborhood on 28 Sep 2021 and unfortunately the driver left and didn't provide insurance information nor can we afford his specialty surgery to repair the 2 breaks in his pelvis caused by the trauma of being stuck by the car. $5500 covers the full cost of his emergency room visit and orthopedic surgery for his pelvis as well as medication. Please help us help my pup so he doesn't have to live in pain or be put down.

Thank you in advance for your support and loving donations and prayers.
