Going to Transpyrenees Race No 5. fixed gear

Hello friends,
My name is Sergey Shulubin, though many of you in the cycling community know me as Aussie Fixie. For years I’ve been riding my fixed gear bike across Europe and beyond, taking part in legendary long-distance cycling events such as Paris–Brest–Paris, 1001 Miglia, and the Transcontinental Race. Some of you may have even met me out on the road.
Unfortunately, after finishing TCRno11 in Romania this summer, my bicycle — my trusted companion for many years and countless adventures — was stolen along with some of my gear. Losing it was not just a financial blow, but also a deeply personal one, as that bike had carried me through so many journeys.
Now I face a big challenge: on October 3rd, I am due on the start line of TPRno5 in Spain, but I currently have no bike, no equipment, and still some debts to friends who kindly helped fund my Transcontinental attempt. To make matters harder, my freelance work last year was a complete disaster, leaving me without the means to rebuild on my own.
It was actually my friends and fellow riders in the cycling community who encouraged me to start this project. They reminded me that the spirit of ultra-cycling is not just about endurance, but also about mutual support and helping each other keep moving forward. Their belief in my journey gave me the courage to ask for help.
So here I am: the goal is simple — to build a new bicycle, replace essential bikepacking gear, and cover travel and race expenses so I can keep chasing the adventures I love and sharing them with all of you.
Any support you can give — whether financial or simply spreading the word — means the world to me. Thank you in advance for helping me get back on the road!
With gratitude,
Sergey (Aussie Fixie)
