On Friday night, Marcus was involved in a severe multi-vehicle crash on I-91 in Meriden. He is currently in the ICU, facing multiple serious injuries that will require surgeries and an extensive recovery.

Marcus is a loving husband to Jess, a proud father to Nolan, Harper, and Benny, and someone who has made a lasting impact throughout the Central Connecticut community. As a longtime baseball coach and organization owner, Marcus has spent years encouraging, mentoring, and showing up for others. Now, his family needs their community to show up for them.

As Jess remains by Marcus’s side, the family is facing many immediate and unexpected expenses. Donations will first help provide childcare for their three children, meals, and support with everyday household expenses so Jess can focus on Marcus and their family. Funds will also help with the medical bills and other costs that arise throughout what is expected to be a long and difficult recovery.
