Hello!! My Name is Edgar Morataya, I’m an 20 year old aspiring Guatemalan filmmaker from San Francisco State University, trying crowdfund for my Comedy Short film called "Going Into Business."

Introduction

Inspired by the great dynamic duos from other media like Regular Show, SpongeBob SquarePants, SuperBad, and Pulp Fiction, "Going Into Business" is about two college dropouts, Ester and Charles, who are determined to make it big with both of them having each other's back. With each wild attempt, they find themselves in deeper trouble.

To fully make this film into its fullest vision and provide everything that my Production Crew would need, I would like to ask for a budget of 1,500 Dollars, but also, the film can be made with a minimum budget of 750$, the rest being self-funded

Why do I want to make this Film?

I want to make this short film because it does tell a story about friendships and means a lot to me, as friendships are the most valuable things we have in our lives, and having friends to share the great moments of just have someone to just either get into trouble with, and have fun together, and with this, i really want to show what it means to have a best friend by your side.
