Going Home Services For Preston " PJ" Porter
Donation protected
“Don’t walk in front of me because I don't want you to lead
Don’t walk behind me because I may not want to lead
Just walk beside me and remain my friend.”
On Monday, June 27, 2022, at 3:20 a.m. PJ Porter was called home to our heavenly father. PJ Porter was a pillar of the Boston Black Radio & communities throughout the city of Boston. Having spent more than four decades providing the airwaves with nothing but New Englands Hottest Slow Jams. Preston was also a devoted worker for the MBTA, dedicating more than 15 years of service. With his untimely passing, the family understands many of you may want to reach out to help in any way, shape or form, and they are more than grateful for the outpouring of love from friends and family all over. This page will be updated timely with information regarding the going home service for Preston. Any donation, love, prayers & thoughts received are greatly appreciated.
"Until my train runs across your tracks,
Know the Lord will be with you each and every day.
Know that nobody loves you more than PJ Porter."
