Going blinde need laser surgery

I have worked hard most of my life building houses and other buildings in Az. Working out side in the heat of summers and the cold of winter LOL. In doing that I had a axiddent I fell 14 feet with two sheets of plywood on my back the ingery well I lost my left leg above the knee . I lost the trade that I was good at. This state is a right to work state so I got jack s&;t for my loss. I started working on cars and motor cycles for money's a little here and there I can stand for only a few minutes at a time.working out side the sun gave me cateracks pay cash for the surgery . Now I have scares in my eyes and need laser surgery it's like being in a fog all the time and can't do anrthang this is the first time I have asked for help. If peaple can find it in there hart to help me out that would be great . Thank you vary much
