Maria Garcia has been cleaning the Common Areas at Riverclay since its development in 2008. Over the years residents have grown accustomed to her friendly, hard-working spirit at our building three times a week.

Maria has made the difficult decision to retire at the end of August. The physical nature of her job has become more taxing in recent years. We were also informed that her husband suffered a stroke.

Riverclay is accepting monetary contributions on her behalf for 15 years of dedication to keeping the building clean and sanitary.

All proceeds will be collected by the Riverclay Condominium Association, then transferred to her employer for distribution with her final paycheck.
