Samuel Heights Lowbrow Chili Co. was founded in Petaluma California in 2015 when a group of friends looking for an excuse to BBQ and make chili decided to throw their hats into the local Chili Cook-off. Three years and 5 awards later, we have proved that we are truly "lacking in refinement... not taste". Blending a range of culinary experience from our own kitchens to our own backyards, Samuel Heights is raising money to help bring our award winning lowbrow taste to the 2017 World Food Championships in Alabama, where we will surpassing even the lowest of expectations!
