About the Authors:
Tejal and Bhavini Solanki are sisters who were born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya and call Toronto, Canada home since 2005.
For years they felt stuck in our own hamster wheels and were unable to speak their truth and through their own journeys of transformation, they were able to find their own strength and power from within.
They are dedicated to assist others to discover their path, transform themselves and empower their life to reach their potential - personally and professionally, by moving them from powerless to powerful.
This book is their gift to individuals who want to change their world.
Tejal Solanki knew at a young age that she wanted to be a teacher and transform lives. Through her own personal journey of self-awareness, she felt inspired to share the message of resilience, light, and hope. Tejal believes as people begin to learn and apply the new set of skills in their environment, relationships change, possibilities for innovative and collaborative efforts grow, and their world changes. Tejal Solanki received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University. She is an Author, Board Designated Master Results Coach, and Trainer in NLP and Hypnotherapy. She is also a Certified Career Strategist, Certified Personality Dimensions® Facilitator, Certified Majors PTITM, Certified Reiki Master, Certified Soft Skills Solutions© Facilitator, Certified Vision Board Workshop Facilitator as well as Certified in Teaching Effectiveness. As a Master Results Coach, Tejal is best known for her optimistic and compassionate nature as well as her boldness in challenging individuals out of their comfort zone as they make their high-energy transformation a reality much faster.
Bhavini Solanki always wanted to be a nurse with a positive nurturing attitude. Being a first-hand caregiver for her aunt she has an understanding that caregiving can be an incredibly exhausting and an isolating experience. Bhavini assists caregivers in transforming them through their ups and downs, empowering them by finding the positives, and helping them find their me-time without any guilt. Bhavini received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University. She has an Honours Diploma in Social Services Worker from Seneca College. She is an Author, Board Designated Masters Results Coach, and Trainer in Hypnotherapy. She has a Certificate in Bereavement Facilitation training, Certificate in Customer Service Excellence, Completed Palliative Core Concepts Level One Education Program, as well as she has a Certificate of Participation: Walking the Walk: Creative tools for transforming compassion fatigue. As a Master Results Coach, she is best known for her compassionate and calm nature. Bhavini inspires others to embrace the life they have been chosen for and create the one for which they want to live.
