I've been living in the US now for 13 years now. And this is my Mom's dream! To SEE AMERICA!! Since I got here she's been applying to get a tourist visa. She's always been denied. Two years ago "2018" I went home in my home country Philippines and I decided to petition her and my Dad as immigrants. She's so happy and full of hope that they'll be here by "2019". It was September of last year when she started to get symptoms. Non stop coughing, chest pain and weight loss. Her physician advised her to get an X ray. This was the saddest day of our life. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Her tumor in her lungs metastasized through her lymph node and had spread to her trachea. It was November when her oncologist and pathologist finished all her test ( blood test, biopsy & petscan). Her oncologist advised was for her to get a chemotherapy. But because of her age -71 she thinks that she will not be able to handle the side effects. So she decided to go natural. Eat very healthy foods. Lots of veggies, fruits and proteins. She goes to a hollistic clinic twice a week to get IV Vitamin C, B17-anti cancer and oxygen therapy. She felt great and had lots of energy after every treatment.
January comes the US immigration set her up for a medical exam for their migration in the US. Her X ray still showing that she's still have a tumor in her lungs which made their application delayed. She has to wait for two months for the results to see if she's clear to travel. We were advised to wait until the 19th of March.
Our plan is for her to get treated here in America. We were expecting that they'll be here by January 2020. But due to her condition everything got delayed. Her situation right now has gotten worse. The natural treatments stopped working on her. She was rushed to the emergency because she could not take the pain anymore and her struggling to breathe. My brother was the one who's been taking good care of her. The doctors are doing MRI's for her brain and neck to see if the cancer has spread. They wanted her to get a radiation soon and get treated for immunotherapy. Philippines has no insurance for elderly people. That's why I am reaching out to you.
My family, her siblings and relatives have been financially helping us for all of her test. Any small amount to help my mom for her treatment will go to her medical funds, doctors and specialists appointments, hospital bills. Once we reached her GoFundMe goal, you are also helping her to reach her dream to go to America. Her grandkids, me and my husband can't wait to live our life with her and my Dad.
Thank you so much and God Bless your heart =)
