Funeral expenses for Shannon Resendez Burris

As a family, we are devastated to share with you the loss of Shannon Resendez Burris. On the afternoon of May 07, 2021 it was discovered that Shannon passed away in her sleep. Shannon's passing is a shock to our family as she was so young and healthy at only 52 years old.
Shannon is leaving behind a beautiful daughter and a large family who is feeling this deep loss. Shannon had a huge heart, she always picked everyone up around her and made everyone laugh. The world is a lot less bright now that she is gone. Shannon always had a positive attitude and was a person who embraced her family and adored being a mother to her daughter, Lauren. Lauren is especially feeling this weight as she enters into a time when most young women need their mother the most.
We want to give Shannon the memorial she deserves to honor her memory and to say our last goodbyes. We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Shannon's funeral. No donation is too small. Funds are being raised by her parents John and Diane Lauderbaugh.
