Hi, my name is Nate Brewick, and my beautiful wife Michele Wilenta went to the doctor 4 weeks ago for a stomach ache that wouldn’t go away, she had a bowel obstruction years ago and we were terrified that it had happened again. However what the doctors found was much worse. They found several masses on her liver that were pressing into her stomach. After numerous tests and 3 weeks of being poked and prodded the drs have diagnosed her with stage 4 Cholangiacarcinoma, a cancer of the bile ducts. A rare cancer that affects only about 8000 people a year. Michele is a fighter and has a very positive outlook on life because she has a lot of living to do yet, she just finished her first book, she just recently started her new career as a life coach, and she has 4 wonderful children to live for. However, though insurance will cover some, not all, traditional treatments (chemo-therapy, and radiation) Michele needs to do much more to beat this. She was lucky enough to get an appointment at a natural healing center, but insurance is not accepted and the treatments are roughly 1000 per treatment 2-3 times a week. We are hoping for any help big or small to alleviate some of the financial burden that comes with fighting this terrible disease.
