What Happened?
On Tuesday March 8th Brian Shaw who was Tugs owner passed away suddenly in his home. Although we do not know exactly what happened we think it may have been a heart attack. Brian’s death shocked all of us and it’s a tremendous loss for his family & friends. Tug meant the world to Brian and really brought so much joy & life to Brian’s world , I’ll never forget the day when he got him the smile on both their faces was truly a beautiful thing to see.

Originally this gofundme was for Tug, but after Brian passed someone close to him & his family decided to take Tug in and are going to take care of Tugs surgery, so Tug is in great hands and with a family who already knows him & loves him.

Where are the contributions going
Brian’s family needs to raise money in order to get Brian cremated which also needs to be done ASAP in order to get a Death Certificate so they can access Brian’s things. The money we have already raised from Tugs post will now be added to Brian’s funeral, cremation, and burial cost. Brian’s family would greatly appreciate the help so they can honor him and give him a proper funeral.
Things about Brian
Brian was an amazing man, everyone that met him couldn’t help but love him. He was kind, generous, funny, and charismatic. Although Brian had some disabilities with his physical health & mental health he didn’t let that get in the way. He was a strong person and had to deal with losing his eye and part of his left foot, and even with those ailments you would still see him everyday with a smile on his face walking Tug around the neighborhood cane in one hand and Tug’s leash in the other hand. If you didn’t see him walking you could see his apartment door open and Tug sunbathing on his bed outside on the balcony. Brian really loved Tug & even though he recused Tug I truly believe that Tug recused Brian. Even though Brian is not with us anymore I know he left this world happy & loved with his best friend Tug by his side. But I know Brian is going to watch over his family, friends, and of course Tug .
PLEASE DONATE IF YOU CAN NO MATTER HOW SMALL THE AMOUNT! ANYTHING HELPS!
