Ruth's Intensive Therapy Program

Hi everyone, as some of you may know, your pal Mean Machine has been going through a really rough time in terms of mental health. 

A recent struggle with OCD, Anxiety, and Depression wound me up in a 4 day hold at a mental health facility where my experience was so horrible and terrifying that I was left with PTSD from it on top of already existing mental health conditions.

I've been trying to get professional help through my insurance and have had no luck finding a therapist that specializes in my condition through them, or even a psychiatrist. Over all I have felt extremely frustrated, dissapointed, and hopeless with the low income insurance process with mental health.

My current  mental health issues have left me unable to sleep well, unable to work/concentrate, with constant panic attacks, very depressed and very emotionally dependent on my loved ones.

My family has been super supportive in my rehabilitation but we are low income and need help getting me a psychiatrist and intensive therapy treatment outside of my insurance.

I really appreciate any help I can get in this journey to recover and heal mentally. If you can spare a buck, bless thee! If not, your simple well wishes are also amazing.
