My name is Rosemarie and I am the eldest daughter of Marie. Mike and Marie are my parents and have been married for 43 years. They have 3 children, myself, my brother Mike and my sister Crystal. They have 3 grandaughters, Brianna, Haley and Anne.

This past week my mom has been experiencing headaches and confusion with speech delay. Being concerned with this, she went to ER and had a Cat Scan of her brain. They found a mass in her left temporal lobe and swelling surrounding the tumor, but needed an MRI to get a better look at the characteristic of the tumor. She was admitted in the hospital to treat the swelling and to have the MRI the next morning. Yesterday she had the MRI and my mom received the terrible news that she has a very agressive and lethal brain tumor called Glioblastoma. She has been given 3 months to live if she does not have the surgery to remove the tumor.

If you have ever met or got to know my mom, you would know she is full of laughter, joy and has a strong faith in Christ. Growing up, my friends called her "the cool mom" and they still think so. Our family relies on her guidance and wisdom and she is the strength of our family. She is a fighter and believes in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ. Mom and Dad are self employed in a business that has been greatly affected by COVID. Being self-employed, she doesn't have the best of health insurance. These funds will go directly to her to help pay for the numerous diagnostic imaging tests, overnight stays in the hospital, ER expenses and ultimately the surgery required to save her life.
