For Jonnie Louise
Many of you know this amazing woman.
She is a Hard working loving woman who would give the shirt off her back for anyone in need and has been that way her entire 80 years of life.
Louise has officially reached her end point and decided it is time to ask for little help.
Recently my Grandma had a fall (not the first time) in her home as she is 100% blind in one eye and only has 20% left in her other eye, she is unable to really get around her home as it is quickly falling apart. This fall led to the Emergency services having to pick her up and when they did the EMS personnel were able to see her living conditions and she was humiliated.
This is her home, and it is getting overrun with rodents of many sorts. They have torn into her electric wires causing AC/Heat being unable to work, let's add the fact she is on blood thinners and she generally can’t find enough ways to keep warm.
With time that has passed they have torn into all electrical portions in her kitchen as well causing her refrigerator not to work… The storms have taken her carport covers off so her laundry room is no longer covered and gets rained on so they’re unable to keep up with new laundry systems as well as the fire hazard it is causing.
Now the family has come and done patch work here and there to ensure she is okay when we can but it just is not enough anymore. She needs the whole place redone, redone meaning contractors have looked and it's nearly UN- salvageable, we are starting this in hopes to use the funds to find a used trailer to replace this one, or fix and really fix not just a bandage the home. You will see photos below of the damage the rodents among other things such as natural disasters, multiple tornadoes, storms and 30 plus years of everyone moving in and out along their way has caused.
We ask that you look at the fact this is her home. Where she has raised her babies and everyone used to come to grandmas to have gatherings no matter how small the space is, grand babies played on the floor and we all ate here and just spent time at grandmas house.
Now the family is almost unable to visit grandma as it is not safe for the kids anymore. This is killing everyone's heart and she is a clean and prideful woman who just can not keep up anymore. Grandma is a saint of a woman and deserves the world and unfortunately not all of us are able to give that to her so we are all reaching out for a little help for Grandma's house.
A dollar here or there, everything will make the difference for this amazing woman.
Most know her and know she deserves a mansion but she would never take that, she just wants her little home and a place she can always have family over and never worry.
We have contractors going to provide an estimate for those who want to know where or what or how their donation will be used. Feel free to contact Shelley and her daughter and she will provide any details you may need. Thank you everyone for your gift.
