We are outraged by the murder of George Floyd on May 25 and the many other instances - recorded and unrecorded - of Black men and women being murdered by police officers charged with serving and protecting them.
If, like us, you find yourself wanting to act to end police brutality and want to show your support for protesters, we are pooling and matching donations for:
Campaign Zero - a non profit organization focused on a mission to end structural racism in America's law enforcement system.
NAACP LDF - a legal organization fighting for racial justice. Through litigation, advocacy and public education, LDF seeks structural changes to expand democracy, eliminate disparities and achieve racial justice.
Chicago Community Bond Fund - a nonprofit organization that will help pay bond for over 1,000+ Chicagoans arrested over the last few days walking in peaceful protest.

We will collect donations through Sunday, June 7 end of day through this GoFundMe page. Donations up to an initial $600 will be matched by the organizers, with the full donation made on Monday, June 8. We understand that not everyone is in a position to donate during these difficult times. We ask that you take action one way or another by peacefully protesting in your community, signing petitions and demanding action from your state representatives.
