Black Single Mom Fighting Homelessness

Reaching out for urgent help, I’ve been outside for last couple of weeks in very cold in negative -32 weather and bad snow/blizzard. Just recently started working again since the death of my child, trying to raise funds for a room until I can get into my new place. Just wanted to give an update, i haven’t been boosting this fundraiser lately but i was recently shot (a few weeks ago) and i’m still healing and on crutches. My name is Tasneem, and I am a Black single mom to my baby Gabriel. We are in desperate need of help to put a roof over our heads after Gabriel’s father and my own father passed away. 

I lost my job as a waitress when the pandemic began, and I haven’t been able to find another job since. Our only support comes from my mom, who isn’t able to help us financially at all. At this point, I’m trying to live off of about $200/month.
