On Sunday, October 6th, our dear friend and neighbor, Skip Wood, lost his battle with cancer. Skip was a quiet, kind, family man - one who still made handmade cards and signs to celebrate anniversaries and birthdays. He loved the Grateful Dead and trips to the Outer Banks with his wife Bonnie and two sons, Campbell (15) and Branson (12). He and Bonnie had just celebrated their 21 year anniversary on September 19th. 

Bonnie is a selfless, strong woman who is always there for others in times of need. She's never been one to ask for help, but we know there are family members, friends, colleagues, and neighbors looking for ways to support her and the boys. To honor Skip's memory and to help his family during this difficult time, we've set up this fund.

The money will go directly to Bonnie to be used to support the family in the short term (funeral expenses) and long term (college).
