Gofundme to help send connie overseas to compete!
Donation protected
Hi everyone, my name is Michael. I am Connie's coach, and I am starting this campaign to help Connie in her dream of becoming a professional table tennis player. Recently Dandenong table tennis member Connie Psihogios has been selected to represent Australia at the World Junior Championships in Sweden, followed by the ITTF Mixed Team World Cup in China. Connie is now representing Australia in the Open women's team at just 15 years of age! We are hoping to keep Connie in China to train over the christmas holidays for 1-2 months.
Unfortunately, these events are mostly self-funded, and the expenses are becoming overwhelming for Connie's family. I am running this gofundme campaign with all funds raised to contribute to these costs so that Connie can compete, train and potentially enter some international tournaments in 2025. Any contribution towards this campaign is greatly appreciated and will have a positive impact on Connie's career.
Some of Connie's achievements this year include U19 and U21 womens Australian Champion, silver medal in Australian Open Women's singles nationals and a bronze medal in her first Oceania Open women's singles. On top of this she is currently ranked number 5 in Australia for women's, number 53 in U17's girls internationally and 88 in U19's girls internationally. We are hoping to help push her career even further with this trip.
Connie and I thank you all for your continuous support!
