Help Mike Fight Cancer!

Earlier this month, our brother, Mike, went to the doctor for pain in his back that was not resolving. Instead of walking away with a simple solution for his back, he was blindsided by a far more serious diagnosis. Yesterday we learned the heartbreaking news he’s suffering from advanced stage Multiple Myeloma cancer. This is a rare, incurable blood cancer that affects the plasma cells resulting in bone damage and a weakened immune system. Immediate, aggressive, long-term intervention is required. Mike is under the care of an excellent team at City of Hope and will begin radiation and chemo treatments which are expected to continue for at least 3-4 months. This will be a long journey ahead, which will take all his energy and resources to battle.

With that said, Mike is a fighter! He never gives up on his family, nor himself. Ever! He’s a father,husband, brother, uncle, cousin, colleague, and friend to so many. We’re so grateful for those of you who have already reached out with prayers and positive thoughts, and requests to help in any way you can.
