Friends, as you may have seen it or not, the south of Brazil (my state - Rio Grande do Sul) is going through its worst natural climate tragedy EVER. Over 334 counties have been affected with FLOODING all over their houses and surroundings. Unfortunately, over 75 people died, over 200 are injured/or missing, and the number of people affected in total has been close to ONE MILLION - plus many people with no place to live anymore! Not only humans but all animal species have been affected. These are the number posted, but the situation can be even worse...
It is a chaotic situation where dead bodies are being found floating in the waters...in a neighbor that was once their home, now is all under the water in extreme conditions.
Fortunately, its people in the south of Brazil are helping NONSTOP volunteering and literally SAVING every life they can with transportation on boats, jet skis, food, housing, basic needs and funds all over social media. So we can do nothing but HELP as well! We wish we could be there to help in person and provide all help they need but we physically can't. However, what we CAN do is to ask for you all reading this to help with ANY value for our GOFUNDME!
We are creating this GOFUNDME to help FINANCIALLY the victims of this tragedy. ANY help is extremely appreciated and if you are not able to help financially, SHARING with your friends and family and PRAYING for our region will be much appreciated as well!
*All funds collected will be forwarded to the PEOPLE that are nonstop helping the victims and providing them food, housing, transportation, clothes, and any help they need to survive - I will make sure to keep everyone updated through our public profiles on how the money has been used as well*
Thank you so much for your attention and care during this chaotic situation we are living right now in Brazil. We believe that together we can overcome this situation and help everyone in need. Families have lost their relatives, their homes, their goods but let's not give up on their HOPE! Hope and Faith will be our strength for these hard times.
May God take care of our region and it's people. It hurts us to see what is happening from far away but we pray that God keeps them all safe and unite them with their families. May God bless everyone that is helping right now and prevent their families from any future needs. Amen.
