Silva Family Medical/Accident Fund

Roman Silva Jr.a 16 yr old junior center and captain for the Diamond Ranch Boys Varsity Basketball Team is one of the few 7'0 athletes in the USA. Roman carried the Panthers to their first 3AA semi final contest in the school's history. As one of the top recruits in the country, most of his time is spent studying and conditioning and perfecting his shooting form. His parents are board members on the basketball boosters program, and spend many volunteer hours raising funds for the program.

On Saturday May 30th Roman and his family were traveling on highway 99 to go on a family camping trip when they were in a horrible near fatal car accident,the vehicle that he was driving in and the trailer it was towing was ran off the road and tumbled 4 times before Roman and other family members were ejected from the vehicle. All their belongings and identification has been lost in the wreckage.

Roman and his brother have sustained injuries to their lungs ,his father has sustained injuries to his spine and is in and out of consciousness. His mother and sister are badly bruised. The family is in the hospital and will need to remain there for several days.
