Thank you for visiting! I want to start off by saying that the absolute best activity any of us can do right now is pray for my brother, Matt Davis, and his wife Christina. So even if you are unable to donate to this GoFundMe, we ask that you keep them in your prayers. Our family firmly believes that God hears us and will answer prayer (2 Kings 20:5). So please join us in petitioning Him for miraculous healing, comfort and peace.

On 7/19, my little brother (34) checked himself into the hospital with an issue of chronic fatigue and abdominal pain. Through a series of scans and biopsy procedures that took place the following 5 days, it was found to be cancer. The doctors believed that it originated in the esophagus and has now spread to multiple locations in his body. As mentioned before, despite this news, we are remaining positive as we serve a God that can work wonders. Our source of strength and hope are resting in Him.

I can’t underscore enough how efficacious prayer will be for the family. The additional item we are asking for and the reason for this page is for their finances. We want Matt to focus his energy on treatment & recovery and expend little to none on the worry of meeting monthly obligations or medical bills not covered by insurance. I don’t know what to expect or even know what we have as a goal is appropriate. We just ask that if you are able to, anything you contribute will be appreciated by all.
