Mike Stokes Memorial

Hello to all you wonderful people out there. I and the friends of Dave are hoping to ease the burden for two amazing souls.

At the end of June , Dave and his wife Amanda , suddenly and tragically lost their son Mike due to mental illness. As with such a sudden loss, they have been sorting his final details, while still processing it all . Outstanding costs they are responsible for, including funeral expenses, are over $25000.

For those of you who don’t know Dave, I can only speak from my experience. If I let every co-worker of his write a piece, we’d have a novel. So I will do my best to describe who you would be supporting.

Dave is a friend to everyone. He’s a friend to you already and you don’t even know it yet. I gravitated to him early on when I first started working with him. Star Wars was what did it and that is what he unwittingly does. He finds a way into your heart and he lightens it just by being around. He’s lifted me out of a sour mood numerous times. That’s not an easy thing to do, unless you are Dave.
