Goddaughter's Urgent Surgery: Your Help Needed

Hello I am creating a gofundme for my goddaughter niece-like my first daughter

She is 30 years old

She needs an urgent operation surgery she weighs 200 kilos ( almost like 440 Pounds) and because of her being overweight her heart is very bad she is in treatment to avoid any stroke also her kidney function is not so well

Recently 4 years ago she was in a coma due to kidneys failure and sepsis We are praying for a Miracle but the doctor told us our only option is for her to have done the gastric band procedure that will help her a lot it's the Only solution Because the diets are not showing any progress on her our goal is to reach 6000 dollars which is 100 thousand Mexican pesos that’s is needed for the procedure we really appreciate any dollar that is donated.
